this was made entirely with blender 2.53 beta. it's original intention was just to test out the new mesh lights for the indirect lighting system in blender 2.5 but i liked the result a lot so decided to upload. i plan on making other more colorfull tests in the future but i'll just leave this one as is. i only set light bounce to 1 since my current station is temporary, and only has 1gb of ram.

How was the mesh light done? I've wanted to do stuff like (like for a florescent lamp) this but never found out how.
